ETA EMPA Recommendations for Energy Efficient Harbour Towage

These recommendations agreed by EMPA pilots and tugmasters aim at reducing the port towage operations´ emissions by simple behavioural changes involving pilots, tugmasters and the harbour community. These are based on three principles: planning, better communication and cooperation.
